Payment Policy

For all bookings made 2 months or more in advance of the cruise date, a deposit of 50% is applicable. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the cruise date. Payment may be made by EFT, or company cheque or in person by cash.

 

For any bookings taken at shorter notice (less than two weeks to the cruise date), then full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note that repeat clients are eligible for a discount off the charter rate component of the total cruise price as follows -

Second booking

5% discount

Third booking

7.5% discount

Fourth and subsequent bookings

10% discount

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason a booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned departure time, the hirer will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total cruise value to cover all catering, crew and associated costs.

 

Any cancellation or postponement due to weather will not be decided until the day, and is at the discretion of the operator.

Damage/Loss of Equipment

Any damage/loss of equipment caused by guests to the vessel will be invoiced to the hirer.
